Orders & Payments

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries follow the schedule selected by the user
You may pause, modify, or cancel subscriptions subject to cut-off times
Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer may not be refunded

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can’t be canceled once placed
Perishable goods may not be eligible for refunds once delivered

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order
